Dr. Courtenay Poucher has dedicated her career to women’s health and sexual wellness. She is one of the world’s leading labiaplasty specialists. She offers patients compassionate, confidential care and expert surgical skills to produce life-changing results for her patients. She has expertise in female cosmetic gynecology, aesthetic vaginal surgeries, and non-surgical sexual wellness treatments. She educates her patients regarding the functional and aesthetic benefits they can expect to achieve with her help.
Dr. Poucher studied and graduated from University of California, Davis, and the MCP Hahnemann School of Medicine (today the Drexel University College of Medicine. She completed her internship at UCLA Medical Center and her residency at Harbor UCLA Medical Center. Additionally, she served as a partner at Southern California Permanente Medical Group and holds memberships with the Medical Board of California and American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology.
She is certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology and the National Society of Cosmetic Physicians. In 2005, she received the American Association of Gynecologic Laparoscopists award for Special Excellence in Endoscopic Procedures.
Annie has been our respected and highly regarded patient care coordinator and medical assistant for over 5 years. She oversees the organization of office operations and procedures.
Annie is focused on and committed to exceeding the expectations of each patient that walks through our door. She believes in not only providing the best available care, but ensuring a mutual understanding regarding the patients goals. She invests her time to specifically answer each question from patients and ensure the best treatment decisions are made.

Mikayla is our incredible office assistant. In addition to daily duties such as filing, faxing, and answering the phones, her training in photography is a great asset for us. Mikayla manages our Instagram account, and also takes all the before and after images for our before and after gallery.
Mikayla has a strong interest in the field of aesthetics. She brings her enthusiasm and passion into the office every day, and her hard work is essential to the smooth functioning of our practice. We are sure that with her talents and dedication, Mikayla has a bright future ahead of her!
Hayley is a decorated graduate from the accredited CBD College: The Non-Profit Healthcare Career College of Los Angeles. She has been certified by the NBSTSA (National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting) as a Surgical Technologist. As such, she is a full member of the Aesthetic Medical Center surgical team.
As a Surgical Technologist, Hayley believes in the phrase “Aeger Primo, the patient first,” reflecting a total commitment to patient safety and advocacy. She is excited to bring her skills to the team and assist patients in improving their confidence and well-being.
Melanie, our Registered Nurse, brings a wealth of experience and a positive attitude to our office every day. She has been in the medical field for eighteen years and a Registered Nurse for ten years. She provides non-surgical vaginal rejuvenation for our patients, as well as PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) therapy to aid in soft tissue regeneration.
Melanie is passionate about women’s health and wellness. She enjoys helping women feel comfortable and confident. With the work she does at the Labiaplasty Center of Los Angeles, she endeavors to help every patient achieve a high standard of physical and emotional wellness.
