Labia Majora Plasty is reduction of the size of the outer lips (labia). Heredity, weight gain,childbirth and aging can lead to larger vulva with loose skin and/or excess tissue contributing to the size increase.
This can lead to what many patients describe as an embarrassing appearance of camel toe or a bulge in swimsuits or gym clothes.
Labia majora plasty is performed in-office under local anesthesia. The technique used allows for the scar to be hidden in the space between the inner and outer lips. The results are a reduction in the sagging of the skin and a more youthful tight appearance.
